The room was great and the bed was very comfy. the location was wonderful, just a short 10-15 minute walk from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. - There were various places to visit in the center, all conveniently close to the hotel.

The staff was affable and check in was early.

The employees are attentive and top-class. We stay in a double room quite often, it is beautifully designed and huge.

The accommodation at Thompson Playa Del Carmen Beach House is incredibly beautiful and conveniently located near all the main restaurants, malls, and shops in Playa del Carmen. the rooms are spacious and feature huge beds and very comfortable pillows.

The room was impressive, huge and included a safe, multi-channel TV, and a cable TV with on-demand movies. Private bathrooms, that included walk-in showers, were cleaned daily. It was based in extremely clean building in a lovely and perfect location, right next to the top shopping outlets.
